Can a blue pls check my compromised accnt?

Hi I have been hacked when my account was inactive. The account had an authernticator added to it and now I am unable to log in anywhere. I received an email from Blizzard stating that it was closed due to abuse of the economy.

I have ran multi antivirus'/mal and adware sweeps to possibly clean out my computer. I also changed my password and emailed blizzard like the rules say when you get compromised. Now I just wait for blizzards response which I assume will take quite some time since they are really bogged down rigfht now, (it's been a week since I emailed them, but I'm in no rush so no biggy).

My request is if it is possible, can a blue check my account status to see if my characters where deleted?(This account I'm posting on is my sisters since I can't log into mine)

I mainly wanted to check if my warrior was deleted by the hacker, because I heard that if they are deleted for too long then they may not be able to restore them with all their gear?
