Kind of getting upset with customer service.

I have an in-game issue that I've tried getting resolved for a month now, and i'm starting to think i'll never get the help i need. I posted a ticket in-game for the issue. I didn't get a reply for 2 weeks. I know the queues are long because of ruby sanctum and all, so i wasn't upset with waiting. When I finally got a reply, I wasn't online to address it. The GM basically said I "didn't provide enough information, so sorry, can't help at all". In-game tickets have a character limit, it was impossible to supply the gm with enough information, and instead of giving me a way to get in contact with them quickly, I have to take my chances with another ticket.

I decided to send an e-mail, detailing the problem in order to have it resolved. I haven't been rude during this whole process, not that I think it makes a difference on how long it'll take to get a reply because of that. I haven't heard back from blizzard via e-mail, and haven't even received the usual "DO NOT REPLY" standard issue e-mail.

So, I called the hotline this morning. The queue to speak to a customer service rep is full, I have to try again later (maybe blizzard should hire more customer service staff :P). The automated voice recommended I made a in-game ticket or send an e-mail for in-game issues, feels like i'm being sent through the ringer again...

Maybe getting the attention of a GM that can help me on the forum will resolve my issue. I hope so, i'm running out of options.

Hrm. It looks as if a Game Master addressed this issue earlier this morning, Ulgammathar. Have you had an opportunity to log into your character to check your in-game mailbox?
