Needs some love from Blizzard (plz?)

ok, so i was hacked and then 'consequently' banned for the actions of the hacker. that was sometime in April according to the guy on the phone and was during my 6 month break from WoW. I e-mailed Account Administration and after waiting 2 weeks received an e-mail saying that i had to talk to Billing and not Account Admin. i don't believe that it has taken you guys 2 weeks to say that to me. i also received 2 customer satisfaction surveys and you can guess how im going to fill those out now...

i have secured my account and i have secured my computer so all is well and safe. i just need to get my account opened again so that i can continue paying and playing this wonderful game. please can someone open my account for me. i would greatly appreciate it.

i am posting from a trial account i have recently made as i cannot login to my normal account as it is closed, hence my post. One of my characters' details are listed below.

That is for your protection, and not uncommon in a compromise. We want to make sure you are REALLY you, since someone else had been into this.

You should have gotten an email, but the point you are at now is this.....
