Faction Transfer Rename Flagged Issue

I tried to faction transfer my paladin (Cerb on Destromath) from Alliance to Horde last night. The transfer went through fine but it flagged me for a rename. I know this is a known issue but I've waited on a ticket for coming up on 24 hours now and I want to play my toon, so I'm making a forum post to try to speed things along. Could a GM unflag my name for me please?

You should be set now. I went ahead and closed out your open petition to avoid any confusion. Please let me know if you still have an issue.

You should be set, Avellia. You won't be asked to rename your character while trying to log in. :)
