Name Change in Faction Change Error Blue Help

I Have move Mage Name ondore From server eonar
and when I have log in I have change Faction from allince to horde
and when i change name from ondore to Urdred and then click done

and when i have double click on him to get in the wow

IT SAID NAME HAVE BEEN FLAG

what happen bliz

the name should be flag is ondore not the name i just type it (Urdred)
