Flagged for beta, yet can't get in.

Every time I try to log onto the cataclysm beta, I'm met with a "Login server is busy. Try again later." However, my friend, who got in on the first invite wave, just logged in. What gives?

(As another note, I cannot post on the Cataclysm forums either...)
