Well, I don't know how much damage was actually stopped, Jyet - but they were actively in the account so I asked this be locked down for you. You should get an email on instructions about that, and security.

It is vital to find out how they are getting your password and ID or they WILL return.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
