Been waiting for GM ticket for about 3 hours

Greetings customer service,

I've been waiting on a response to a ticket for roughly three hours now. It is about a character restore that I wish to have done. The ticket says it's experiencing high volumes. Is the wait REALLY this long? And if so (which it seems it is lol) what could all the tickets really be about?

yes, I know I won't get an answer to the latter, but it does make me curious lol

It was recent deletion, more of about a year or so...it was my rogue. Don't really feel like lvling another lol so a restore would really help. The wait will be worth it :)

Well, I do see your petition, Arcadanti. Please do leave that open from your end until one of our Game Masters can assist.

Undeleting a character is very simple (providing they still exist). You've asked the gear be looked into since you may have stripped the character - that's not so simple and will likely take just a bit more time to look into.

You don't need to be online for this, just don't close the petition.
