You just need to submit an in-game petition or write to
[email protected] from the registered address on your account. Make sure you list the name and realm of the character as well as the level, race and class if you can.
Though no restoration is ever guaranteed our goal is to help whenever we can so we should be able to restore the character. Queue times are currently around 4-5 days so make sure you do not close your petition, you may log out, switch to an alternate character or play normally. Your issue will be addressed as soon as possible.
