According to the e-mail that you sent, Îñsãñè, it appears that you are aware of why you received the suspension. Though I understand that this may cause an inconvenience to you, and I am sorry for that, by causing a minor inconvenience we hopefully avoided a major one.

Account administration will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible. I'd recommend the following links for additional security information.

I love when people get called out for proclaiming their innocence when they are well aware of their malicious or abnoxious behavoir.

*coughs*

You may be jumping the gun a bit, Microbrew. I simply stated that the OP should be aware of why the account was suspended, which I based on the e-mail I saw that was directed to Account Administration. I didn't state that they did anything wrong, and I did apologize for the inconvenience that this causes. If you notice I said that by causing a minor inconvenience that we hopefully avoided a major one.

Yep, when I emailed Blizz about my account being banned I just went ahead and told them I knew exactly what I did wrong =D I'm still trying to get it completely fixed but lying is going to get you nowhere.

You may have jumped in the wrong thread, Ipvpirl. Yours is here: http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=25968669309&postId=259667729575&sid=1#1

Yeah, while his name is unbelievably irritating to look at, I still don't see why anyone would think that was the reason for the ban.

There was a time when high ASCII characters were not permitted, it was against our Terms of Use to create characters with them. That policy has since changed but not everyone is aware of it. The only time a name like the OP's may be changed is if the character existed on a role-play realm.
