I need my account restored is it possible?

i havent played wow in a year and i totally forgot my login and the emial i had registered it with but i do remeber all the other information, i dont know if i still have my wow keys laying around the house.
is it possible that blizzard can still give me back my account w/o the login name and email? maybe they can just use my 1st and last name and security Q? has anyone else been able to resolve something like this?

Billing would indeed be the best resource to get back into control of this.

They will need to verify your identity, that can often be done by phone.
