Account disabled, dont know what to do

when I tried to log into wow it said my wow account has been disabled temporaily and I dont know what that means or what to do and plus when I click the link on the login screen it sends me to worldofwarcraft.com and when i log in it says im permently disabled I am confused need help

This account is currently security locked pending a response from you certifying that your security is intact.

We do this if there is ever a question that the account may be compromised, it's for your protection. VERY often in cases like this, the player is not actually in control of the account.

You should have an email, if you haven't seen it you may wish to check your spam filters.
