Character transfer - WotLK to Classic help

I wish to transfer a level 59 rogue from my main account to a classic account. I did read the FAQ, saying that this cannot happen, but I also submitted a GM ticket about it and the GM said it WAS possible, given the character doesn't have ANY items from expansions or is not an expansion race/class. My character meets all these requirements, and it still says the account must be a WotLK account. If I was confirmed by a GM that this was possible, how is it all of a sudden not? And yes, I DID check that every single item on that character was not anything from the expansion, but he did use heirlooms at a time.

Sorry for the confusion, Neeukuhdin, however your character is not going to be able to transfer from a Wrath of the Lich King version of the game down to a vanilla WoW account under the current restrictions to the Paid Character Transfer service. It sounds like the Game Master did indeed misunderstand your question, and for that I apologize. As you read in the FAQ, customers with expansion accounts cannot transfer characters to a non-expansion account.
