I de-activated my main account over a year ago, prior to the migration to the battle.net authentication system. I have recently begun following the Cataclysm news and have found myself looking at the possibility of returning. However, I have no way to access that old account. I know it's old WoW-login username and password, but I do not know it's battle.net login, and when I tried to attach that WoW-login to a battle.net login I just created, it said it already was attached to another account.
I have a inkling that the account was attached to my yahoo e-mail address which I was forced to delete when it got hacked. I'm not really sure what to do if that is the case.
The account, while it was active, was likely under my Dad's name, but I recently turned 18 and would like to put the account under my name. I understand if that's not possible, as he has no interest in playing anymore, I would still be following the ToS.
I have all of the login-info, credit card info, secret question answers, etc. that I would need to login to the account normally. Is there anything I can do to figure out how to obtain the account?
