Faction change mailbox issue

Alright, so I am having an issue where the faction change is saying I have unread mail or mail en route. I have deleted all mail and waited a little bit over an hour to see if I had any incoming mail. I still have not received any mail and my mailbox is coming up empty. Is there any possible way that a GM could help me with this issue? Thank you in advance.

EDIT: I am trying to transfer Splushy on the realm Kil'Jaeden.
