How do you guys get your avatars? Is there a special CM database of the things, or do you get to ask for a particular one when hired? Totally random question, I know, but I've always wondered......

We submit a list of avatars that we want. Depending if the first choice was available this process continues down the list.

This was my first choice because bird is the word. :)
