RealID questions

If customer questions about RealID are being answered, does anyone have a link to a real FAQ? The official RealID FAQ page is worthless to me.

Do I have to call Blizzard to get answers? Has calling worked for anyone else?

Questions that I have about RealID:
1) When are blues getting their real names displayed? If it is 100% safe for us, it should be fine for them, right?

2) Are we going to have options to alter names at all? Or are people stuck with whatever is on their credit cards? (Example, name is Jonathan X Doe but person goes by Jon Doe or JD Doe or Jay Doe.) I ask this because people with very unique names would be offered some level of protection by this small level of flexibility.

3) Why has Blizzard been telling people for years to not give out user name if you now have to give out user name (which is email address) to befriend someone? I had this same question when they forced me to use an email address for my username...

4) Why has Blizzard been saying that RealID doesn't expose account username/email, if you have to give it to someone to get them on friends list?

5) If the forums now display real names with posting, will they remain open to the public or will they finally be closed to anyone who is not subscribed to a Blizzard game? If nothing else, closing them to non-subscribers would mean that an employer has to be playing (or have a kid who is) to search for you on the forums.

6) Since forcing us to give our real names WILL prevent a lot of us from providing feedback in community forums, will more feedback options be allowed within game? (Right now, CS tells you to take all suggestions to the forum. I guess they cannot be bothered to shoot an email to their supervisors?)

7) Why is Blizzard violating their own rules of conduct regarding exposing real life information about others?

8) If Blizzard really wants to simply stop trolls on the forums, rather than compete with facebook, why not just add a billing "nickname" and "household_name" instead? Example, my husband and I use differing methods of billing so we would each have unique forum nicknames which could be clicked to expose lists of our characters (my husband will freak when he realizes how many I have). But because we use the same billing address, we would be listed as the same household_name (ex, Clan Wompa would be cool) which could be clicked to list all forum nicknames and all of their associated characters.

9) If Blizzard wants to truly make their site/games become more social, why aren't they instead offering  features and improvements that relate to the gaming experience:
- customizable guild sites
- voice chat better than vent (even teamspeak) ingame & out
- forum to ingame messaging
- ingame to forum posting
- better ingame event/calendar management tools
- sidekicking (used in COH to allow low level characters to experience content  with friends on high level characters)

Personally, I don't think RealID is extremely risky (see my sig below) but I am -
- offended that we aren't being given the option to use character names while we post
- annoyed that Blizzard is insistent on this project rather than improving the game
- less confident in Blizzard's ability and willingness to protect me and my account than the many anti-socials and hackers' ability and willingness to harm me and my account.
