I sent my friend a recruit a friend request when he accepted he made the 10 day trial account and everything, Upgraded to a full account and once we started playing i have not received my 30 days and neither of us are getting the 300% exp. And when i log on i have the 10 day trial account linked under my log in.

I see the accounts are under the same Battle.net. You will need to contact Billing and Account services, where they can assist you with this issue. If you happen to get a busy dial tone, please keep trying. They are experiencing high call volumes for the time being, please be patient.
