Unable to locate second account.

Hello,

I am posting from my first account, to clarify. I created a second account to level a horde toon on the same server and I'd like to start playing him again, but when I try to recover the account info, I cannot because of the account email not being the same, and when I try to recover without the email, it does not recognize the account name. Would be great to reactivate and maybe transfer some of those characters. Thanks!

We deal mostly with in-game issues though we try to provide what advice we can regardless of the situation either by directing you to a more appropriate location or by moving the post there.

In this case I'm not certain how well we'll be able to help except to direct you and your sultry voice to contact our Billing department. In order to release account specific information I would need to be able to confirm that you are the registered user of that account, questions I can not ask or receive answers for in a public venue. Nor is that something that would fall under my jurisdiction.

If you can give me the name and realm of a character on this alternate account though I can take a look and see what I can tell you. :)

Are you attempting to recover the account using the following link?

If you have an idea what the e-mail address for the account was you could click the option button under your Avatar for these forums, add the e-mail address you think is correct. Only Blizzard Employees can see that so I can check and confirm if you are correct.

The address does appear to be based on the same principals as your current e-mail address for this account.

Hmm, it seems to for me. Though you'd need the correct e-mail address and either the last six characters of your wow key or the answer to your security question.

Out of curiosity, can you list the name of the account you are assuming it is, just an @gmail.com or yahoo.com or something so it is accepted.

To clarify, in the e-mail option for your forum account.
