How do i xfer toons b/w 2 battlenet accounts

Ok so my cousin recently quit wow and had two accounts merged on his battle.net account. he has an 80 rogue on one account and an 80 dk and 64 hunter on the other. i would like to transfer atleast the 64 hunter over to my seperate battle.net account, but we have different last names. How do i do it.

You are only able to transfer characters between accounts if you are the registered user of both accounts. Accordingly, you will be unable to transfer a character from your cousin's account to your own. My apologies, Ansol, but you are unable to gift your characters to another person regardless of the circumstances surrounding the decision.

alright then what about this i was reading earlier in some faq and it said same last name prooven by a drivers license or something like that. could i get my mom to send in a copy of hers since her middle name/maiden name is the same as my cousins?

Ansol, you are not the registered user of this account, and neither is your mother. I'm afraid that neither of you will be able to legitimately claim the account as your own. I apologize, but you will not be able to transfer a character from your cousin's account to your own.
