I am unable to start a character transfer because of an error with "The character you are trying to transfer has mail in his or her mailbox," but I do not have any mail in my mailbox and have waited an appropriate amount of time to see if any unknown mail would be showing up. However, no mail has shown up in 3 or more hours and yet the website transfer service still tells me that I have mail incoming. My friend has the same error and has waited over 8 hours for incoming mail.
