Faction Change/ Mailbox error?

I'm getting the following error:
An error has occurred on this page A character cannot change factions while there is mail in their mailbox or en route to their mailbox.

Can someone please look into this?
Character: kikkoku
Realm: Azjol-Nerub

You had some old spam mail stuck in your in-box, Kikkoku, I was able to dig it out of there so you should be good to go.
