Guess it was only a matter of time.

Please lock my account, remove authenticator.
From what I can tell, they also did a character transfer or something, as I can no longer "see" Toashes in my wow armory selection list.

They may possibly have took lots of items/all my gold.

Thank you,
Toashes

I am sorry, Toashes, those of us who moderate this forum are unable to remove an Authenticator placed on an account. Our Billing Department should be able to help though. Removing a maliciously applied Authenticator should be able to be done over the phone or even by e-mail.

You can call 1 (800) 592 5499 (1-800-59-BLIZZARD) 7AM-8PM (PST) for live representation.
Australian users should please call 1-800-041-378 if the standard 800 line does not work.

It does look like you successfully reset your password which should prevent further access to the account. Most damage is usually done within the first 5-15 minutes though so a compromise investigation will need to be initiated. The person you speak with will likely forward your case on for investigation but you may also write to wowgm@blizzard.com or submit a petition when you are able to access your account again.

If you haven't already please review the following thread regarding compromises and computer/account security.

Holychula, your friend will need to follow the same advice.

k laugh. XD
I had coming.

I don't think anyone has a compromise of their account coming, but we do hope that if it happens to someone that they take proper precautions to protect their account and have a bit of patience while we work to repair the damage caused. :)

Good luck, Lsqo, they will hopefully process your request soon.

His name isn't Lsqo, it's Toashes.

I base my response on the character that is posting. :) They switched avatars, so I was honouring that switch by calling them by the posting character's name.

Q u o t e:
Little good it'll do him as the "Wait queues are full" and have been for days now.

The common misconception is that the queues are continuously full, they are not, people are having their issues addressed constantly and room is being made in queue. It is a matter of calling when that place has been cleared, in many cases it is a matter of timing which is why we recommend that you hang up and redial as soon as you hear the "busy" message.
Q u o t e:

Other than that, your responses are first class. Keep up the good work.

I'm sorry I could not do more but I wish you well and hope these issues can be resolved quickly.

I was just trying to point out that you were calling him by a name that meant nothing to him and in fact is representative of the strenuous ordeal he is going through.

What you seem to be doing, Fiffu, is speaking on behalf of someone else. If the OP has an issue or would like me to use another character name when addressing him he may make that request himself. Your involvement seems slightly hostile and only serving to derail the thread.
Q u o t e:

If someone steals his dog named Kunte Kinte, renames it Toby, shaves all of it's hair off and kicks it till it's black and blue, the polite thing to do would be to acknowledge the dogs proper name. Don't go calling it Toby.

That is a ridiculous comparison. I'm not addressing a dog or LeVar Burton. I understand that you are frustrated with your own issue but please do not continue with posts of this nature you are not adding to the conversation.
