Blizzard "customer service" is dead

Roughly a week ago, I turned in 90 stonekeeper shards for 3 of the 2000 honor commendations. I opened a ticket, and since I'm a fresh 80 on my mage, I've turned in NUMEROUS shards since. An ENTIRE week goes by, and of the over 72 hours I spent online, I get replied to when I'm offline. The message was clear "our logs show you recieved the honor, placation, you're wrong, blizzard never is, etc."

First off: I know they didn't work because if they HAD, I would have had enough honor to buy my cape.
Secondly: The time it takes for a DPS to get 90 heroics in a rough breakdown:
4 shards per boss, roughly 22 bosses, roughly 4 bosses in a heroic, means about 7 heroics
7 heroics = 15 min per heroic with a GOOD group, + 9 min average que time for a dps
Total time = roughly 2 1/2 hours of gametime.
So after wasting 2 1/2 hours GETTING the shards, and a WEEK waiting for a response, they just dismiss me and insult my intelligence by telling me I'm wrong.

Even if I was wrong(which I will swear on my grave that I'm not), why would you insult your customer instead of just giving them something so inconsequential? 6k honor.... really? Is that worth losing a customer over??

Now I'm forced to re-open my ticket to get what I'm owed for the second time. WTF Blizzard. Has it gotten to the point where I have to FRAPS every minute I play so I can prove I'm right?

I'm sick of the "customer service" from blizzard. It's never been worse.

On a side note: just got my 2nd reply. Impersonal. I was online and they didn't even talk to me in game. Just replied and told me they checked their "logs" again and saw the same thing. What is this? Cold case??? Trying to track something that happened over a week ago.....

What other company lets their customers wait over a WEEK before even acknowledging that the customer has an issue?? I've quit everquest for this exact kind of service.

Blizzard may not care, but they will lose a customer over 6k honor. It's a principle issue now

Let me break this down for you.....

Your petition was made on 7/10 at 6:21 GMT. In it you state what you have above, so let's go back just a bit that day. At this moment, I show this character with 39,454 honor.


6:02 you enter the world with 40,302 Honor

6:15 you purchase and use 3 Wintergrasp marks of honor worth 6k

At this point, you should have at LEAST 46,302 honor

6:17 you enter the world with 47,749 honor

7:24 the same, you enter the world with 47,749 honor

7:54 you've been pvp'ing some, and enter the world with 53,507 honor

7:56 you purchase one Wrathful Gladiator's Pendant of Subjugation for 52,200 honor and apparently do just a bit more pvp

8:09 you enter the world with 3,045 honor

Your commendations did increase your Honor appropriately.

I'm very sorry but we simply cannot reimburse you for something that functioned properly. I hope this helps a little.
