Now read what I just wrote carefully, and now read this. I formed a 25 man ICC on one of my characters. I clearly gave out vent details and told the raid that if they were not in vent then they would not receive any loot. Now, let's stop here. Already, my account should not be under investigation because you have sent me an email clearly stating, "Agreements should be made in-game via in-game chat and It is highly advised that all aspects of loot are discussed before the raid even begins. Any form of out-of-game medium or voice chat will not be investigated.".

"While "Reserving" Items is an acceptable practice, it must be disclosed to everyone in the raid prior to commencing".

I only skimmed the massive walls of text, but here's a few key points. You put in a ticket with the word "ninja." Those tickets get thrown out almost immediately.

As for the BoEs, you said on vent the loot details for them. You did not say them ingame, the people not on vent did not see them. As far as the GMs are concerned, any rules said on vent do not exist. You did not explain loot rules ingame for everyone, and therefore it looked like you were scamming.

I see your petition, but they can't help there either if you don't give them an account name.

Here - a character name/realm on the account in question will do.

Thank you, Dontman.

Unfortunately, the logs and your memory don't quite agree.

To: [Raid] I am going to hold onto BOE's until we kill Saurfang, then we can do rolls or whatever the raid chooses

Yes, but what I said in raid chatis not technically loot rules, if you want to be precise about it, which Blizzard should be in this situation.

The investigation into my ticket should not have gone as far as it did as the loot rules were discussed outside of the game, and they clearly agree to that in their rules and regulations.

Blizzard can work their way through all the loop holes they want but in the end they are definately in the wrong about this.

We cannot consider anything but what is ingame, Dontman.

The suspension is 24 hours, I do apologize if that information wasn't also conveyed.
