Character Faction Change Issue, need a BLUE!

For the past 5 or 6 hours i have been trying to do a faction change on this character and I get an error message stating "there is mail in your inbox or mail en route to your inbox... etc" But i have checked all mailboxes on the account religiously for the past few hours and there is nothing in any mailbox, not even a grey letter. I heard that only blues and GMs could clear/reset mailboxes and no GM has responded, so... i need some help. =)
