Execute/Sudden Death

Currently 3/3 sudden death gives a 9% chance to proc execute.

In the 31 point tree it is still three points, and to my understanding, it looks like the same thing as heroic strike.

Is Execute going to do anything different, or is sudden death going to be reworked? It doesn't really seem like a wise place to put 3 talents, when you could just heroic strike on demand.

Heroic Strike is off of the GCD but with a short cooldown so it isn't in danger of competing with Execute (which hits considerably harder now).

Disarming Glare isn't likely to make it.
