I recieved a in game whisper

I didn't get a chance to copy it the whisper. The whisper just stated that my account was going to be banned and to fix the issue simply enter the manage account screen. Just wondering what it was talking about

Blizzard will never threaten to take action against your account, they will just do it.

You can also recognize in-game representatives by a little blue Blizzard logo that will appear next to their name.

If you had violated our Terms of Use in some way we may very well contact you while you are in-game and let you know but we would also follow it up with an e-mail or in-game mail. And as Dessembrae indicated Game Masters are easily recognized by the Blizz icon that appears in from of their name.
