Ticket Follow-Up

I received an answer to a ticket from alst week (woohoo) saying that my inquiry will be looked into further. As I read the reply, however, it says to select "Message Read" if the problem is solved. I don't really expect the problem to be "solved" (I won a roll on a Sanc mark in ICC 25 but ported to Upper Spire and for some ascenine reason that disqualified me from the loot table and thus mark was given away to someone else). Since ML gave it to a guildie of his rather than write a back-up ticket I doubt I'll get my mark, but an answer as to why I got screwed would be lovely.

Anyway, does the stated follow-up continue if I select "Message Read" or do I leave it up. Little window by my minimap isn't too annoying :P

Unfortunately, Shnoukums, because of the way the petition was worded it looked like you were commenting on mechanics of the situation which prevented you from obtaining the item you apparently qualified for, not asking for the item to be awarded to you.

I'm sorry to say that even if the petition was clearer we would be unable to help award the item to you based off of your petition. We would have let you know though that if the person who was given the item submits a petition was may be able to help.
