Unauthorized authenticator! Please help...

Well, I just tried signing into my account on both wow and battlenet.. and its asking me to enter an authenticator. I've never even considered purchasing one plus my email never sent me the verification that I had bought one. I've changed my battlenet password but i don't know how much it will help. Can I get the authenticator removed before serious damage is done to my account? Please and thank you very much Blizzard! :)

See if you can access this account with your latest password, Axiny.

You'll also want to check for - and report and damages as soon as possible.

What is vital here is that you find out how they obtained your password and ID. If that source still exists, they WILL be back.

As to not receiving an email - those don't get sent when an authenticator is added. To add one, they have to already have your password and ID.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
