i used my Laptop to Reset the password, and login on this Toon, to Create a Ticket.
i have Cleaned my Home computer of the Trojan/Virus.
The ticket is Still open on the Toon, however it simply says that my Ticket has Been Escalated.
can i get some more information please? maybe even an Estimate on how long situations I'm in Usual go on for, you may not have the Information for my case, but how long does the Average Case takes?
Any information at all would be of great interest to me.
i just want my Characters and Items back :(:(
