I was just curious if Blizz plans to release some type of in-game pet for the 5 year anniversary of WoW? If I'm not mistaken, the last couple of years we received pets to mark anniversaries.

As stated above, Repoman, the mini brood mother companion, the Onyxian Whelpling, was the 5 year gift. It was available starting November 23, 2009.
