Authenticator issues?

Hi Support,

I've added a mobile authenticator to my account after I recently got hacked (my account is still under investigation for item retrieval and stuff) I went to log in tonight to check if there had been any response to my ticket yet, but I can't log in. I enter my username and password ok, but when I enter the number from my authenticator it kicks me back to the password & username entry screen saying my information is incorrect. Am i doing it wrong?

(Have tried resynch-ing my mobile authenticator app - no change!)

I do see this was reported, and it is normal procedure for a password to be reset at least once during this process.

I don't show this authenticator as 'locked up', so I suspect the latest password will work.
