IRL friend and guildie is getting hacked

My friend is getting hacked but he is at work and can't do anything about it. He told me they added an authenticator to his account so he cannot get in and they are in the process of transfering his characters off the realm. I know I cannot access his account for him but can someone please freeze it or do something to prevent any further damage from being done. =(

His character name is Zillark on Shu'Halo realm.

I'm afraid that we cannot freeze his account at your request; however, you're welcome to submit an in-game petition so that an investigation into this issue can begin as quickly as possible. In the meantime, your friend will want to contact our Billing department to request that the Authenticator be removed from his account. They can be reached using one of the following methods:
