How do you report people who BOT?

I noticed that the same person goes around the same area for the past several days and it's clear that it's a bot, because the mobs spawn incredibly fast and it's about 25s/kill.

I bet if you checked your server loc Ice Crown: Aldur'thar The Desolation Gate 49,34

you'll find someone there.
