Lost Mount - Blue Tracker

Last night i did the Eye of Eternity raid and won the need roll off of the azure dragon mount. During the last part of phase 3 i died. I waited until malygos died. After i won mount everyone left raid before i released and tried to retrieved my mount. but i cant get in to retrieve it. My question is how am i supposed to get it now? Ive had an open ticket with GM for 15-16 hours now with no response. Please help. Any constructive help is appreciated.

Can you tell me what character/realm placed this petition?

I'm having a bit of difficulty locating one on this issue.
