Restoration issues, looking for blue response

Ok. So have spent the last two months trying to deal with a restoration. Have about 20 email's that I have responded to, and a couple of in game conversations with GM's.

Briefly...

I was compromised... much badness.. yadda yadda

Blizz restores my char/materials on day 9 (much appreciated)

However, one of my characters didn't get any profession mats restored. None.. and I had a lot. So I write back saying that these items were missed. It has been a total and complete frustrating gong show since then.

First of all, every response I get from Blizzard makes NO SENSE at all. Its either a generic response or they are referring to the wrong character. Here is an example:

"We already restored your characters lost goods during the restoration process. I see them all sitting in your in-game mailbox now. Please make sure you check there and retrieve the restored items."

Except my goods weren't restored on one of my alts and the alt that has stuff still sitting in her mailbox is NOT the alt that is still missing things. There is nothing at all in the mailbox of that alt. Yes, I did get some stuff back for that alt, and I already took it out of the mail, BUT I had two enchanting bags full of mats and a scribe bag full of mats all of which were empty still after my "full restoration". There is thousands of gold worth of mats missing still.

Now it is probably getting too far away from the logs that happened TWO months ago for them to look again and every time I ask for a response it is days and days before I get some response that doesn't make any sense at all.

I don't think I am asking for much. Just please explain why these items were not restored or restore them.

I would really really like a blue response to this. I have gotten no help on this at all. I have not received any kind of satisfactory response from Blizzard at all. I have not assurance that they have even looked at the right alt because every time they respond they refer to my priest, not my rogue.

Someone please help!

Unfortunately, Celleyna, there are times when we simply are unable to restore all items. Though we try to do a 100% restoration whenever possible we are only able to restore what can be verified. I understand that allow of these items were removed around the same time but it is entirely possible that the data necessary to verify the loss is simply not available.

Can you give me the name and realm of the character you are inquiring about? I can make no guarantees but I will take a look.

In case you do come back, Celleyna, I looked into your restoration for the character you mentioned in your previous petitions and I'm afraid I came up with the same results as our Investigation Team. I simply could not locate materials being moved off of the character.

I am sorry that we were unable to verify this loss.
