Assistance changing Secret Question / Answer

I need to change the email address attached to my battle.net account in order to maintain the security of the account. To do this, I am required to answer the Secret Answer to my Secret Question. The issue is that I am unable to find the document where I recorded the answer. I’m not 100% sure, but I believe I may have made it a long string of characters as these types of “back doors” are not usually safe.

I first tried the web form, provided the signed ToS, all my personal info and a copy of my driver’s license. In return I received three emails. The first was “Don’t reply, but we received your request.” The second was a form letter to the effect of, “We’re really busy. Try these helpful articles!” None of the articles related to changing a Secret Question / Answer and thus were unhelpful. The third was a notice that my issue had been resolved (it had not) and an invitation to fill out a satisfaction survey.

I’ve also tried calling over the past few days and always seem to get a message saying that the hold queue is full before the call is disconnected.

Is there any way to get this Answer changed?

Q u o t e:
It took an hour but I was able to contact a Blizzard Service Representative who was able to change the email address attached to the battle.net account. It also appears that my request to change my secret answer is still in queue and was recently escalated.
