No inbound mail. Help!

I am trying to transfer this character from Altar of Storms to Moon Guard. Whenever I try to do it, an error comes up saying:

"The character you are trying to transfer has mail in his or her mailbox, or inbound mail that hasn't arrived yet (possibly from a quest). Please wait until all inbound mail has arrived and make sure your mailbox is empty before trying again. "

Its been saying this for a day now, and I have not gotten any mail!
