GM Ticket

I'm completely stuck in Zul'Darak. I am unable to use my hearthstone since I'm currently...deceased. Auto-Stuck cannot work in the location I am in, for it is completely impossible.

More importantly, I submitted a ticket request to a GM for help. I've been logged on for 12 hours give or take, and I'm still waiting for a reply.
What I want to know is: Does logging out from one character to another on the same account affect the time it takes for a GM to respond to your request? Do I need to stay on the character that requires aid at all times in order to move up on my place in line? Also, is there some problems going on right now that is making the GMs busy?
