Odd fake email.

now, everyone knows about the "we will ban you" or the "youve won X" fake emails, but i got one i've never seen or heard about anyone getting. a fake faction transfer.

its weird, because the links are european, which i dont play on, and the character name is one i've never used before ever. only thing i can think of is they hope someone will get confused and click one of the links.

but if they're going to give a character name, atlest use the right one.

Be very careful with these fake emails! Never click a link on them, even if you know they are official, type the site in yourself.

The hardest phish to spot is one of our 'real' ones they've co-opted and doctored links on.

Always, always check the internal routing headers to see the true sender. The FROM line is as easy to spoof as writing the return address on an envelope, never trust it completely.
