ACCOUNT STOLEN (Blizz answer too plz?)

my account has been stolen by someone and i havent been able to play on my lvl 80 death knight in 1-2 months. Blizzard employees have sent me an email that i needed to print out and fax with my birth certificate, which i have and waited 1 week to get a reply from a blizz worker named michelle. she told me that i didnt fill out the email part correctly and to i need to email her from a newly made battlenet account. i did this and two days later she said she needs my original cd key. idk which one is mine so i sent her a few of the ones i had. several days later and she doesnt respond. so i send the fax in AGAIN and it sais that its unvalid AGAIN because my name is wrong. the other fax said it was correct and now its wrong?! so me and my dad call blizzard support and they tell me someone else is caliming that it is their account so i need to send in the paperwork with a valid id so they know its me and not someone else. as you can see that doesnt help me much because its what i have been doing for the last 1-2 months. WHAT DO I DO I WANT MY ACCOUNT BACK!!!!!!!!
