Lost Items And Gold

Hi,

I havent logged onto the game for several months and today I logged on for the first time and realized that lots of my items (in my backpacks as well as in the bank) were gone and I only have 1.25Gold on me (versus several thousands).

May I know what could have happened to my account? Was it possible that someone hacked into my account?
