Walking Backwards

I hope I am not doing anything wrong because I am posting this under "Customer Service Forum" when I made a post about it under Technical Support, but my character will randomly get stuck walking backwards. I will be doing PvP or dungeons and my character will start moon-walking basically backwards. I have to hold up to stop his movement (obviously) and I have to alt+tab for them to stop.

Has anyone experienced this problem or is this a only me thing?

It is not an always thing, but seems to be happening more often nowadays.
