Problem with RAF

I don't know if the account service email has a very long line but it has been almost a week since I sent in a request for help.

I wanted to get the RAF rocket mount X-53 and I sent in a RAF invite to my other email address. Then I followed that link and created a new b.net account and a trial game. I upgraded it with retail copy of WoW and added 60 days game card.

But I think something got broke with the referral link from the email because according to RAF status on both account, they don't show linked. On this account it shows "Friend referred. No action has been taken." and my other account shows nothing in RAF status. When I checked the RAF link again in the email, I got not found error on the web site.

Can you please check into this? I would like to get triple XP bonus and level up my alts but I can't do it since I don't have RAF linked at all.

You'll want to give Billing a call on this as soon as you can, Colar.

I'm just not showing those linked.

It's possible there is a trial out there, but instead of upgrading, a new account was made.
