Account still banned after being unbanned?

My account was perma banned about a week and a half ago for spamming which I felt was a bit harsh. So I sent an email to account services a couple days after the incident and to my surprise they responded very quickly and with a very detailed explanation of what I did wrong. The email also said that my account had been granted a leniency and had been reinstated but it's been 6 days since I received that email and I still cant log in. Does anyone have any info about this? Just in case a blue poster takes a look at this my main on the account is Shamed on Tichondrius. Any help is appreciated = )
