Faction Change Ghost Mail. Please Help

Zeelia on Thrall US sever can not do a faction change due to mail i do not have. I am Atempting to do a character faction change as well as a server move but cant get either done becuase it says i have mail. I have checked the mail and there is nothing there. Thanks for any help provided.

Zeelia, are you still having an issue using the Faction Change service? I checked and it doesn't appear this character currently has anything in their mailbox.

Please let me know if you are still getting that message. If you are, did you perhaps bid on something on the Auction House?
