My frost emblem dailies are not resetting

ts been 2 days now and I have not been able to do my frost badge daily random heroics!!

its come at the perfect time because im only 5 badges away from my t10 helm...

please help, i've opened a ticket and for 10 hours total it hasn't registered yet, MAN!!
