or there about. I delete it and after logging in it comes back with the same time remaining on the mail(It does this persistantly I can't get rid of it.). It doesn't reset to 30 days. Is this from blizzard or is someone capable of making mail undeleteable?

The mail messages are being deleted appropriately, you're just being sent multiple copies. Please click the Report Spam any time you see a message of this variety so that we may address the issue as quickly as possible. :)
