[BUG] Stormwind Park NPCs

Stormwind park has several NPCs where were not displaced. You can find them hanging out in the ocean and on the cliffs.

I found another posting with this information, but it was not labeled as [BUG]; I reposted this to get developer/tester attention in case the other one was overlooked.

Nara Meideros is on the midway up on cliff above the ocean.
Argos Nightwhisper does some sort of base jump as you fly into the area, and he lands in the ocean and just stands there.

Last I heard, Stormwind was still being worked on a bit in terms of NPCs. Thanks for the report!
